Very nice, fresh, very clean and comfortable, excellent cuisine and most importantly good service. THE ONLY MISSING IS WHAT IS CONTEMPLATED TO OPEN ON SUNDAY EVEN IF IT IS FOR BREAKFAST AND LUNCH

The place is excellent, despite its age, very well maintained, with parking, and a cool interior. Comfortable furniture and clean, adequate bathrooms. The service was top-notch. We arrived early, so service was very quick. The waiters explained the menu and were attentive. Complimentary tacos and gorditas, jicama and carrot, with an excellent homemade salsa. Food: Ask for the chamorro; it's unbeatable. Wrapped in a leaf, it melts in its softness, and the broth is flavorful. I'll definitely go back and order the same thing.

JAZO is undoubtedly a classic in Guadalajara that many people are unaware of because it is not a "trendy" cantina, but undoubtedly the service, the food and the place are top-notch to have an incredible time. It is a fairly comfortable place, with its own parking, with capacity for about 100 diners, with smoking facilities, very well ventilated, with natural light and quite pleasant, with waiters with many years of experience and good service, friendly and quite prudent in their deal. I find the food delicious, very homemade. The pork rinds, the tripitas, the cake drowned and the cecina are some of my must-trys on every visit. The spectacular peppermints. They have a wide variety of drinks. HIGHLY recommended place, even if you are alone many times it is a place to have a wonderful time. It has canteen hours, they close early and open early.

The best food I've tasted in Guadalajara by far. The Chamorro is great, and the service is by far the best I've had in a long time. The waiters here are so attentive. Don't skip this gem. The best food I've had in Guadalajara. The Chamorro is delicious, and not to mention the very attentive waiters. Excellent service. This is a hidden gem. Don't miss Captain Martin Hernandez's visit.
